All prices listed are baseline starting rates. Because every property and septic system is unique, the final cost may increase based on one or more of the following:

- Property location (travel time), soil conditions, tank depth, and physical access to the system or pipes.
- System specifications
- Overall system size, complexity, and the size of the home.
- Labor and materials
- Total time required on site, excavation requirements, and specific material costs, such as pipe materials required by code.
- Regulatory and procedural
- Design requirements for code constraints, permitting requirements, and any prerequisite services, such as pumping a tank before diagnosis, inspection or part replacement.
