Service Technician Trainee:

Start your career in the wastewater industry with hands-on, paid training. You will work alongside our experienced team, performing general labor while learning the essential skills of the trade from the ground up.

Assist lead technicians with routine pumping, maintenance, and system inspections on residential and commercial job sites.  Perform general labor duties, including site preparation, digging, and clean-up, ensuring every job is completed to our high standards.

Gain practical experience and receive paid training with the goal of advancing to operate our commercial vacuum tanker trucks and heavy machinery.

Work effectively both independently and as a reliable member of a team.

Requirements:

• Must be in good physical condition (able to safely lift up to 60 pounds).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
• Maintain a favorable driving record.
• Adhere to our drug-free work environment policy.

CDL Route Service Technician:

Be the face of our company out in the field, providing top-tier pumping and maintenance services.

• Safely drive and operate our 4,000-gallon commercial vacuum tanker trucks.
• Perform routine pumping, inspections, and basic troubleshooting of septic systems.
• Interact professionally with residential and commercial clients on site.
• Work effectively both independently and as a reliable member of a team.
